iER Call Center

An iER operator received a panic alert from an iER member of a missing person. The SA Search and Rescue Service was dispatched to attend to the alert. By constantly liaising with iER, the member and by using their advanced and extensive resources covering the whole of South Africa, they were able to find the missing person within a few hours.
